Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GameOn (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
GameOn is a multiplayer gaming platform that offers various real-time competitive games including:
- Maze navigation
- Shell game
- Type racing
- Word search
The App provides real-time multiplayer functionality, leaderboards, and competitive gameplay.
User Accounts and Usernames
- No formal account creation is required
- You choose a username when joining game sessions
- Usernames must not be offensive, misleading, or violate others' rights
- We reserve the right to remove or modify inappropriate usernames
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- ✅ Use the App for lawful purposes only
- ✅ Respect other players
- ✅ Play fairly without cheating or exploiting bugs
- ✅ Follow game rules
You agree NOT to:
- ❌ Harass, bully, or abuse other players
- ❌ Use offensive or inappropriate usernames
- ❌ Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App
- ❌ Use bots or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
- ❌ Interfere with servers or network infrastructure
- ❌ Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Intellectual Property
- All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are owned by GameOn or licensed to us
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App
- Game names, logos, and trademarks are the property of GameOn
User-Generated Content
- Usernames you create remain your responsibility
- By creating a username, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in the App
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
Multiplayer Games
- Real-time games require internet connection
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free gameplay
- Game results are final and binding
- Leaderboards may be reset periodically
- We reserve the right to disqualify scores obtained through cheating
Disclaimers
Service Availability
- The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
- We do not guarantee the App will be always available or error-free
- Server maintenance may cause temporary downtime
No Warranties
- We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the App
- We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations
- Use the App at your own risk
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App ($0, as it's free)
- We are not responsible for device damage, data loss, or connection issues
Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services (Firebase, Render.com) that have their own terms and conditions. You are also bound by those terms when using the App.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time
- Add or remove features
- Change game rules
- Update these Terms
We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via update notes.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for:
- Violating these Terms
- Cheating or exploiting bugs
- Harassing other players
- Any other reason we deem necessary
Children's Use
GameOn is suitable for all ages. However:
- Users under 13 should have parental supervision
- Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use
- No personal information beyond usernames is collected
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:
- Informal negotiation with us first
- Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
- Small claims court (if applicable)
You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GameOn regarding the use of the App.
Fair Play Policy
GameOn is committed to fair and competitive gameplay:
- Anti-Cheat: We actively monitor for cheating and exploits
- Leaderboard Integrity: Suspicious scores will be investigated and removed
- Respectful Community: Harassment or abuse will result in removal from the game
- Bug Reporting: If you find bugs, please report them instead of exploiting them
Age Rating
GameOn is rated for all ages:
- No violence or mature content
- No in-app purchases
- No advertisements
- Family-friendly competitive gameplay
By using GameOn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
